I start first. I am 28 this year, single and has been cheonging for the past 3 years. Manage to save quite a bit.

Cash in bank = $37,000
CPF = $72,000

Annual Salary (inclusive of bonus) = $44,000

Qualification = Diploma Holder

When I was your age (18 years ago), I manage to save 40K over 3 years with a monthly basic of 1.4K. Had to clock a lot of OT to take home above 2K.

At 28, I took my saving and went Australia to study for a degree.

I am 24 this year.
I have around $40,000.
Annual Salary is around $36,000 includes bonus etc.
I've been working for around 2 years.
I am not a big spender and tend to be quite thrifty, only spending on necessities etc. As you can see from my join date, I am relatively new here as well.
